It is a fake download manager, I used it for a while and found that my google chrome downloader is working much more better!!!!!!! It is the worst one! It tries to imitate the IDM but it is very poor! my maximum bandwidth is 2MB/s and my maximum download speed with this is 800KB/s, I purchased another download manager Maxel, it is much more better than this one! it uses all my bandwidth and it is the same as IDM

A must have for any Mac.

I just updated to OS X 10.10.4 and FOLX Go to version 4.2. They don’t seem to work to well together. I was really looking forward to the Tags intergration but instead I got a frozen application that I had to “Force Quit” and it not remembering my pro settings after the “Force Quits" — Please update soon so Folx Go will work with 10.10.4 Thanks

My downloads stall after 80% or so. Doesn’t say why. Gonna give Fetch a try instead.

It kind of concerns me when there is no clarity as to differences between Eltimas web site and the App Store. The App Store has GO and GO+, while the web site has plain FOLX. Further, the versions numbers are different. I can see if a firm wants to identify the App Store version from the web-site versions, but at least indicate such! Also, I had removed it because I had some problems. I thought Id try it agian, and even though I paid the $, my v4 PRO serial number does not work. Sigh.

I bought scheduler and it did not disappoint me. The bandwidth usage became more rational between members of my family.

I’ve always been skeptical of download agents since the Netscape days as most did not seem to appreciably increase download speeds on my computers. As I tend to download large files for my business, I decided to give Mac-based download managers a chance. After downloading this app, I was surprised at its use of multi-threading on larger downloads. Needless to say, it cut down on download times, which is exactly what a download manager should do. The UI looks great and is clutter-free. Overall, the app does what it should and I am pleased with the better download speeds.

Gotta love Folx! It’s been my go-to downloader for years, and it just keeps getting better and better! I love the multi-threaded downloads and the ability to throttle individual downloads.

It was going to take three times longer than just downloading the file from the browser. I didn’t purchase the in app purchase which allows more splits so I don’t know if it would go faster with it.

I have been using the application for a while and i love the ability to searh Torrents without the hassle on a webpage and scedule the downloading when it suits my time. Well done on a great app that can only grow and become a leader in the industry.

I was looking for an all-inclusive solution for my downloads. Then I found FOLX. It serves my downloads quite well. I am considering to go PRO!

It wants you to pay to Multi Thread your downloads. I’m looking for a download manager that does basic download manager functions. This is ridiculous, and provides no extra utility.

From a large number of downloaders I pick Folx. Nice basic download manager with easy and intuitive interface.

User-friendly download manager. Very clear interface and options.

I used to be able to use this software to download videos from sites such as youtube, but the latest version only downloads the HTML, not the video file. When asking support for help, they did not attempt to help me regain this functionality at all; instead, they simply referred me to their list of features which does not promise that the app can be used to download Youtube videos. Very Very dissappointed. Save your money.

I used this app back tp 2011 firstly on OSX86 now in 2015 with my MPB 2015 the app looks very bad and its function is lost i which i could use the same solid old version on my MBP

It’s very easy to use and great download manager. You can download multiple files in the same time, tag your files, schedule downloads. If your download was interrupted you can easily resume it. The app has nice interface. Very useful app.

I really like this app because it is really fast first of all, then there are many catagories for me to choose from and tage the file I am downloading really fast! Recommended!

Love this app so much. It helps me download things and organize my files at the same time. Simple interafce and good using expereince.
